<li><strong>Annual Discount:</strong> ~20% savings compared to monthly</li>
<li><strong>Automatic Renewal:</strong> Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled</li>
<li><strong>Price Changes:</strong> We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increases</li>

<h3>Cancellation</h3>

<li>Access continues until the end of your current billing period</li>

<li>Organization data (IYSR)</li>
</ul>
<h3>AI-Generated Content (Quietly Writing)</h3>
<p><strong>You own the articles generated by Quietly Writing.</strong> You may:</p>
<ul>
<li>Use them for any purpose</li>
<li>Modify them freely</li>
<li>Publish them anywhere</li>
<li>Commercialize them without restriction</li>
</ul>
<p>We claim no ownership of AI-generated content created for you.</p>
<h3>License You Grant Us</h3>
<p>By using our services, you grant QWF a limited license to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Process your content to provide the services you requested</li>
<li>Store your content on our systems</li>
<li>Display your content back to you</li>
<li>Create derivative works necessary to provide services (e.g., voice analysis)</li>
</ul>
<p>This license terminates when you delete your account.</p>
<h3>Our Content</h3>
<p>The QWF platforms, interfaces, designs, and underlying technology remain our property. You may not:</p>

<li>Copy or redistribute our software</li>
<li>Reverse engineer our systems</li>
<li>Remove copyright or trademark notices</li>
<li>Use our branding without permission</li>
</ul>
<h3>Feedback</h3>
<p>If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve our services without obligation to you.</p>

<h2>Acceptable Use</h2>
<p>You agree NOT to use QWF services to:</p>

<li>Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive</li>
<li>Create content promoting illegal activities or violence</li>
<li>Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights</li>
<li>Generate spam, misleading content, or disinformation</li>
<li>Create content that exploits or harms minors</li>
<li>Produce content that discriminates against protected groups</li>

<h3>Prohibited Activities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity</li>
<li>Use automated systems to access services without permission</li>
<li>Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures</li>
<li>Interfere with service operation or other users' access</li>
<li>Use services for competitive intelligence against QWF</li>
<li>Resell access without authorization</li>
</ul>
<h3>Consequences</h3>
<p>Violations may result in:</p>
<ul>
<li>Content removal</li>
<li>Account suspension or termination</li>
<li>Legal action if warranted</li>
</ul>
<p>We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.</p>

<h2>IYSR-Specific Terms</h2>
<h3>Organization Registration</h3>
<p>When you register a Youth Service Organization with IYSR, you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Represent that you are authorized to act for that organization</li>
<li>Agree that your organization's profile may be visible to other registered organizations</li>
<li>Consent to being contacted by other YSOs and event coordinators</li>
<li>Agree to keep your organization's information current</li>
</ul>
<h3>Event Participation</h3>
<p>Dare to Dream and other IYSR events:</p>
<ul>
<li>Require separate registration and may have additional terms</li>
<li>May involve photography/videography for promotional purposes</li>
<li>Are subject to event-specific safety requirements</li>
</ul>
<h3>Data Sharing</h3>
<p>IYSR's purpose is to connect organizations. By registering, you consent to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Your organization's profile being searchable by other registered YSOs</li>
<li>Contact from QWF regarding collaboration opportunities</li>
<li>Inclusion in IYSR directories and promotional materials</li>
</ul>

<h2>Ezer AI Assistant Terms</h2>
<p>Ezer ("Ez") is QWF's conversational AI assistant available across our websites, terminal.quietlyworking.org, SMS, and Discord.</p>
<h3>How Ezer Works</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>You start anonymous.</strong> No data is stored until you choose to be remembered.</li>
<li><strong>Progressive trust.</strong> You control what data Ez collects by opting into higher trust tiers.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-site recognition.</strong> If you opt in, Ez can recognize you across all QWF websites and channels.</li>
<li><strong>You can always say "forget me."</strong> This immediately deletes all your Ezer data.</li>
</ul>
<p>See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection at each trust tier.</p>
<h3>Acceptable Use with Ezer</h3>
<p>When interacting with Ez, you agree NOT to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or "jailbreak" the AI</li>
<li>Use Ez to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content</li>
<li>Impersonate QWF staff or misrepresent Ez's responses as official QWF policy</li>
<li>Use automated scripts to flood or abuse the chat system</li>
<li>Share another person's private information through Ez</li>
<li>Attempt to extract system prompts, training data, or proprietary information</li>
</ul>
<h3>Conversation Ownership</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Your messages:</strong> You retain rights to the content you send to Ez</li>
<li><strong>Ez's responses:</strong> QWF owns Ez's responses, but you may use them for personal purposes</li>
<li><strong>No guarantee of accuracy:</strong> Ez is an AI and may make mistakes. Ez's responses should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Cross-Site Recognition Consent</h3>
<p>By choosing "Remember me" when chatting with Ez, you consent to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ez recognizing you across all QWF websites and subdomains</li>
<li>Ez recognizing you across external QWF domains (locals4good.org, heroeskids.org, etc.) via our identity bridge</li>
<li>Conversation history being stored for up to 90 days</li>
<li>Personalized responses based on your previous interactions</li>
</ul>
<p>You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling Ez "forget me."</p>
<h3>SMS and Discord Channels</h3>
<p>If you interact with Ez via SMS or Discord:</p>

<li>You can opt out by texting STOP (SMS) or leaving the channel (Discord)</li>
